Field teams — door knocking

Walk packs are private and never posted here — they contain voter names and addresses, so they're generated locally and handed to canvassers directly (file share, AirDrop, or a printed turf). Carlos's precinct mobilization map lives there too, behind the same login, rather than publicly here.
  1. Turf leads: with the voter file in private-data/, run python3 scripts/canvass.py — it builds interactive walk packs (turf maps, tap-to-record results, the ballot for each turf, and local narratives) plus a VoteBuilder-ready upload file.
  2. Canvassers: open the pack your lead sends you, pick your turf, tap results as you knock. Works offline; print if you prefer paper.
  3. After the canvass: tap Download VAN upload CSV and send it back to your lead — it goes straight into VoteBuilder, no retyping.
